Welcome! My name is Mel Hostalrich, host and executive producer of Sanitas Radio.  I want to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting our online home. Sanitas began when many listeners of our sister radio program (Veritas) started requesting more health- and wellness-related material. As a result, Sanitas was born on October 1, 2013. Both programs remained independent from one another. Sanitas had many mottos and goals, amount them was to declassify the secretes to health and longevity and to upgrade our lives. But most importantly, to achieve a life in balance.

Mel currently oversees other ventures and the sister radio program (Veritas) which has been active since 2008. And most importantly, he is a family man. Even though Sanitas continued to grow at a healthy pace, Mel decided it was time to regain a life in balance by discontinuing Sanitas as of September 30, 2016. Any future health and wellness interviews (which are frequently requested) will be part of Veritas.  Visit Veritas Radio for more information.

The Sanitas Web site will remain active with its 150+ interviews (three full seasons) of exclusive classic interviews. Every single interview will be as relevant today or many years in the future, as they were when they were originally recorded. The knowledge you will acquire will make a difference if you take the time to listen to every interview. As Mel always says, it made a difference to him and he feels healthier and younger than he ever had. That is why the entire archive is now available as one exclusive subscription that will allow you to explore our Web site and every interview for an entire year. To subscribe click here.

It's your life. Take control. Subscribe and enjoy three full seasons of information you will not obtain via mainstream channels. You have an entire year to do so and upgrade your life.

Mel Hostalrich is of Spanish Catalan (paternal) and Spanish Asturian (maternal) descent. His family originally relocated from Spain to Cuba. Mel was born and raised in Puerto Rico. From a very young age, Mel had an insatiable curiosity for knowledge and an overdeveloped sense of wonder. After, being afflicted with what can be deemed as excitotoxin overload in 1992, Mel discovered that aspartame, monosodium glutamate (MSG) and many other chemicals used in our food supply, was the culprit. Mel went on a crusade to inform others. It wasn't until October 2013 when Sanitas was born to inform the world. Mel's mission is to declassify the secrets to our health and longevity with a focus on personal development, spiritual growth, wealth-building, mind development and wellness.

Mel has a bachelor’s degree in finance (BBA) and a master’s degree in international business administration (MBA) from the University of Texas. At the age of 19, while working for a Fortune 500 company (Dun & Bradstreet/D&B - the largest information and market research company in the world, with 72,000 employees in 114 countries.), Mel became the youngest financial analyst in the organization where he served from 1987 to 1999. Prior to his long-term corporate career Mel worked in television as a child actor, retail, banking, and even with McDonnell Douglas. Throughout his career, he lived and traveled the United States, Latin America, and Asia. In 1999 Mel left corporate America and became an entrepreneur in the hospitality, wholesale, and real estate industries; and most recently, - by accident - he is now involved in media broadcasting.

Mel has appeared on History Channel’s Brad Meltzer’s Decoded, several domestic and international radio shows, and has served as master of ceremonies and moderator at a number of conferences. SANITAS’ main purpose is to declassify the secrets to our health and longevity and discuss topics ranging from mind, body and spirit.

Be Well,
